La Center, East Fork Lewis River
La Center is our home base. Quiet stretches of the East Fork Lewis River and nearby shoreline access make it a popular starting point for relaxed paddles.
Parking & access
Parking is right under the bridge at the entrace to town. There is a road on the north side of La Center Road right befor the bridge that leads to the partking lot. Parking is free. There is also overflow parking on the south side of the bridge if the other lot is full. You can reach that from Timmen Road.
Water conditions
Typically calmer water suited to beginners and families. Current and depth vary by season.

Ridgefield

Battle Ground lake is tucked away within the trees at Battle Ground Lake State Park. The park features multiple picnic areas, and playgrounds, and a boat launch.
